Sarah Palin says that the media is singling out her word slip-ups. Palin urged people to "stand with our North Korean allies," by mistake. Sarah Palin quickly corrected herself afterwards. Sarah Palin also pointed out that President Obama has had many slip-ups. Many people don’t know about these verbal slip-ups because the media has not made a big deal over them. An example would be on May 9, 2008, Barak Obama said, "I've now been in 57 states, I think one left to go." He meant to say 47 states though.
I think that it is not right that Sarah Palin gets treated harsher and every mistake she makes is pointed out and so quickly judged. If you are going to be so hard on her then why not be hard on Obama too? Everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect. So you can expect slip-ups and mistakes.

Right on, man. Everyone makes mistakes, we're all human. But, why are only Sarah Palin's put into the media? So, everyone can just laugh at her? No, that's okay. Let's all put Obama's screw ups in the paper and see how he feels.
ReplyDeleteSarah Palin just attracts the media. People need someone to laugh at and she is that person right now. People are not going to laugh at Obama. They will not laugh because the media will not say anything about his mistakes.
ReplyDeletei don't think that Sarah Palin get's treated fairly. Everyone makes mistakes even the president. I would be more interested in the mistakes that the person running the country makes then those who are made by Sarah Palin.
